This planter is 40" long/wide, 13" deep (front to back) and 24" tall. The depth for planting is just under 9".
It is perfect for a front porch, an arrangement of raised garden beds or just decorating your garden with herbs, flowers, or other veggies. It's up to you, naturally. It comes with a bottom rack and has tight spacing so stuff will not just fall through like most planters with bottom racks we have purchased or saw while looking for planters ourselves.
All planters are made purely from dried FSC certified cedar that are planed, sanded, stained, and assembled. They have three coats of Spar Urethane on all sides and four on the bottom and very top. And that's the top and bottom of the the top and bottom just to be clear. We want these to last for you! Cedar is the gold standard to stand up to weathering and rot, as well as being the best at repelling insects. Add to that the added water prevention from the Spar Urethane really makes these planters last. This planter, perhaps your planter, will last for decades.
All boxes are designed to slow drain from water but I'm happy to drill drain holes prior to shipping and I have pre-cut cotton fiber that fits perfectly over the bottom included in the price.
